  • 1–2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp pav bhaji masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves

For the Pav

  • 8 pav buns (bread rolls)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp pav bhaji masala

Step-by-Step Recipe

Step 1: Prepare the Veggie Mash

1. Pressure cook potatoes, cauliflower, peas, and carrot.

2. Mash them well and keep aside.

Step 2: Make the Bhaji

1. Heat butter and oil in a pan.

2. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.

3. Sauté the green chilies and ginger-garlic paste for a minute.

4. Mix in tomatoes and capsicum, cook until soft.
