  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • 1½ cups water
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • Chopped nuts (cashews, almonds) for garnish

Method:

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, add ghee and semolina. Microwave for 2–3 minutes, stirring every minute, until lightly golden.
